What in the world is a peacotum you ask? This new and exciting fruit is a combination of some of your favorite summertime treats... All into one! A peacotum is a complex hybrid cross between a PEAch, apriCOT, and a plUM, PEACOTUM! While the same size and shape as a small plum, it has the characteristic fuzz from the peach and apricot. The golden colored flesh is of our own Velvet Sunrise variety is sweet and delectable with a hint of all three of the peacotum's namesakes, it really is hard to describe the unique flavor that these three fruits combine to create.
