Mandarins
The warm summers and cool winter nights make the San Joaquin Valley one of the world's largest producer of citrus. Mandarins are related to oranges but are smaller and generally sweeter, but still have that characteristic citrus flavor. Mandarins are a perfect treat for children because they are small and easy to peel. We also specialize in stem & leaf mandarins, which are seen as sign for good luck in the new year. Unlike most producers, we make sure that every piece has the stem and leaf attached. All of our mandarins are protected by bee netting during the spring to ensure that they are virtually seedless!
