Kiwifruit
Phillips Farms was one of the first commercial growers to introduce kiwifruit to California. This native fruit of China and popularized by New Zealand is perfectly suited to our San Joaquin Valley. Characterized by its fuzzy skin and distinct flavor, kiwifruit is a delectable fall treat. We harvest our kiwifruit at the proper maturity and sugar content. We pack our kiwifruit in micro perforated liners and treat the fruit with ethylene blocking Peak Fresh technology, enabling us to store our fruit for long periods and ensuring our customers it will arrive in peak condition.
